I was wondering if there was anyway to salvage wood once it's started to mold?
I have some wood here that's got some green fuzzy mold on it (no black mold). Is there a way I can clean the mold off and dry the wood again?
I have the moldy wood stored in a safe place away from the chins, they won't get them until I am sure they are safe to be chewed on.

I would scrub it really well and bake it until it's thoroughly dry. Be careful not to burn the wood. The baking should kill off any mold spores that may have been missed in the scrubbing. I assume the mold is on the bark or is it on the inside area of the wood?
How did it end up getting moldy? Thoroughly dried wood should not get moldy, unless the wood got wet (basement flood) or wasn't thoroughly dry when it was put away. Always store your wood in paper bags or something breathable.

I got a box of nasty moldy wood from a supplier, my fault never buy green wood in the summer. I boiled, scrubbed, and baked and it and it turned out fine. Mine was a pretty shade of blue!

It can be a lot of work to rescrub and rebake but if you want to put in the effort it will be fine once you redo it.
