Yup, them the bits. I will also toss out there that spraying has no gender. Drake apparently thinks he's a girl.
And yes, if they are in the puberty age or just very "active", you could find them regularly.

how many times should you do a ring check?
I checked Lupin last night and didnt see anything. I think he may "play" so I don't know what to be aware of when hes grooming.

I do monthly and I keep an eye out for excessive "grooming" of that area. Dawn does her boys more often I do believe.

I normally do monthlies, with random checks if I think he's paying more attention than usual. Bruce has taken to playing--a lot (in fact, he apparently doesn't get a good morning sleep unless he gets some playtime in between ). I think all you can do to determine excessive grooming there is to observe and become aware of what's normal for your chin and if you think he's grooming a bit more than usual, then give him a check out.

and yeah im going to work on getting a chin buddy from Jen so he doesnt use my arm for "play" anymore-lol
