Chica is now home with us!! She is absolutely adorable.. Her wheel hasn't arrived yet, which is a little of a bummer. But I am sure it will be anyday. I ordered it last week..

good to know because it was everywhere.. lol another question. I ordered her wheel from fortunate chins at the beginning of last week. I contacted them yesterday and was told that she would look into the tracking of the order because I have yet to receive it. She may have to reship it, stated she has been having problems with shipping lately.. So that leaves me with no wheel for her. I was going to be able to borrow a wheel from Rick, however, the day before I brought her home he took in 5 new rescues. So none to spare.. So what do I do? It may be another week before i get the one I ordered. Will she be okay without having one? Since she is new to us, out of her cage time probably won't happen just yet either. She is very active and played alot last night.. hopping all over her cage from ledge to ledge.. sniffing around.. curious lil girl..

Chins are fine without wheels. They're not a necessity, just a nice thing to have.

None of my chins have a wheel (tried the flying saucer with Scoot, and he just liked to sleep/poop in it). My pairs have the 2 level FNs so that gives them a lot of room to run around. Plus I let my chins out for playtime more so they can get their exercise
