So I know Bethany asked about Hackberry wood, but I had a question about these woods:
Bass wood Deel wood Pistachio
Are any of these safe?

The Pistachio wood I would say no because walnut is also a no no! I don't know or have ever heard of the other woods!

I think I would stick to what I knew to be safe on the safe lists, that way there is no question

Well that sucks for the Pistachio. My neighbor has a huge Pistachio orchard and he is trimming his trees... Man How I wish it was an apple or pear orchard...

no to pistachio... it is related to citrus, maple, and mahogany. Deel must not be a scientific or widely used name because you can't find anything about it in wikipedia or really even on yahoo. Same goes with bass... can't really find it.
